This luxury two level house called Tennyson Point Residence which is completed with a blue swimming pool is located in Tennyson Point NSW, Australia with the energy efficient ability. Designed by CplusC Architectural Workshop, this house has the view of the beautiful harbor site. The shape of the house itself is simple from the front look. Wood is one of the important materials of the house since it is the base material of some parts of the house, exterior and interior.
Behind the house, a large swimming pool is nice and matches the wooden house. The balcony of the second level is possible to get the beautiful scene of the pool. However, the first level is also possible since the walls are mostly made form glass. A tree in such warm area is nice to keep the fresh air of the environment. Surprisingly, the harbor is right beside the blue swimming pool. As a result, this place is the most attractive area of this two level house design to get the harbor view.
Warm atmosphere which is gotten from the living room inside the house is calm. Most interiors are white in this room, including the wall and the floor. When you chose the white sofas as well, it is important to put colorful rug there so that the room is not pale. Moreover, a piano in such living area adds the impression of elegance of the house. Near the living room, a dining room and a kitchen is blending in one large room with white domination color. Dining chairs are white completed by the wooden dining table. This furniture is beside the white kitchen.
