Located in Cachagua, Zapallar, Valparaíso Region, Chile, this dwelling stands vigorously with its modern concrete structure. Overhangs concept, modern flat roof and of course a beautiful glass fences become the main attraction of exterior decoration. Concrete cladding also appears as a strong point which produces an authentic modern yet vigorous figure. Then, a lovely green lawn along with a plenty of trees absolutely emerges as the best companion for this futuristic retreat. Because surprisingly the rectangular form of this house could blend melodiously with the natural setting since the first time.
Exploring the interior design within the house, we could find a communal space in the upper floor was formed in a very intimate way. Based on precise family house design ideas, the living room was also appeared with trendy modern furniture and futuristic coloring. Wooden washed floor was installed with wooden wall and ceiling, and of course those lucent glass windows and sliding doors appears absolutely chic for the wooden elements.
