To design the sea house we have to make the plan and preparation. This kind of house is the building with wonderful view. We can create many designs to enjoy the surrounding view. The design should also support the land contour so that it will stand strong. SAOTA – Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects and Antoni Associates designed the St Leon 10. Completed in 2008, this house project is located in Bantry Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. The house has amazing scenery of Clifton Beaches, Apostle Mountains, and Robben Island.
This sea house design is built on the cliff. At the back of the house, there is also Asphalt Street for the access of this area. Another side of the house is also filled with many of bushes. If we look from outside, this house is constructed using the concrete material in high ceiling design. Some of the wall is also made from stone feature and woods. Wide glass construction completes the outer decoration too. At the corner of the house, there is the leisure area where the pool is built. In this space, besides swim in relax; we can also enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and mountain at once!
To stay in this house is such an experience. The house is designed in natural concept. Some of the indoor space of the house are left opened and designed using the stone and glass wall. They also planned to grow bamboo tree decoration. The swimming pool’s wall is transparent so that it can be seen from the living room side.
The front room is designed in open concept with sliding door. There are also corridor among the glass wall and elegant staircase design. Another room has the whole view of the sea that is decorated with the glass wall and steel fences. At this sea view house design, lounge chairs are also provided at the parquet floor terrace to get refreshed among the awesome landscape.
